Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals with retail sales experience who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with purchases, including cash handling and operating the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in wireless or jewelry sales
- Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
